Pandora's Box
When you beat the game go to the option screen and you will see the option for Pandora's Box. If you turn it on you won't be able to access your save games though. It will allow you to select various options such as your dragons growth size, different weapons, and stage select plus a new level. The better you do in the regular game, the more options you'll be able to select from.

ADEC System
In the options mode choose Full Instruments and press B on controller 2 while playing the game.

X-Y Radar
Press A on controller 2 while playing the game.

Self Destruction
Press A-B-C-L-R at the same time while playing the game.

Pandora's Box
If you have played over 2 hours and 30 minuets you should automatically get Pandora's Box in the options

At the title screen impute the following

1. left, right, left, right, up, down, up, down - Doubles your speed
2. left, left, right, right, up, down, left, right - ???

Fly the original Dragon
To play as the original Dragon from PD1 set the instruments on Full and take routes 2, 2, and 3 on the appropriate levels.

Take routes 2, 2, 3, 1

Open all of Pandora's Box
After playing the game for 30 hours all the options in Pandora's Box will open up to you.

Space HArrier and Dragon Mode
Once all options are open in Pandora's Box go to the life selection. Choose Lundi for Space Harrier Mode and Lagi for Dragon Mode

Blow up the Boss! from Robert Hencke
Go to level 3 (the forest level) and fight the boss (the cat-like one). Fight the boss until it is very low on energy. It has to be enough so one bezerk would kill him. If the shot that kills him is a bezerk shot (not a laser shot or one of those lock-on ones.), instead of just falling to the ground, the boss will (gasp) explode! =)

Clean Pause Screen from Robert Hencke
At any point, pause the game. Press X+Y+Z all at the same time. Everything that appears when you pause will disappear, causing the game screen to look unpaused (I think this is how they did the screenshots on the back of the box.). Pressing X+Y+Z together again brings back the regular pause screen. (Note: When you press X+Y+Z, you have to press them in the order of x, y, then z, otherwise it won't work.)

Helpful Tip from Robert Hencke
If you have Panzer Dragoon II Zwei, you may have noticed that you can use your 3D Control Pad's analog key with the game. If you knew this, you will have probably also noticed that every time you tap your right shift button to rotate the view, your bezerker goes off, which tends to get pretty annoying pretty fast. Here's a simple way to solve this. Just go into Options, select Controller Setting, and change your X button to No Use, and start the game. Enjoy!
