Theme Park's blend of colourful, cartoon like graphics and little touches of humour combined with a sophisticated business simulation has proved over whelmingly popular with both reviewers and gamesplayers alike.

Theme Park enables players to design and run their very own Theme Parks. Not only is there the challenge to design an interesting and user-friendly theme park but it has to be profitable. So that players can later sell their original parks at a hefty profit and then start again in another more challenging location. (Twenty-four locations are available.) Theme Park gives players total control over every aspect of their parks, from fixing prices and controlling ride speeds and duration, to allowing the player to tinker with the amount of salt on chips, amount of ice in cola etc.

But players can't dictate what the park's customers think of the park. If they're hungry, thirsty or bored, you'll know about it. Equally, it's never a good idea to place toilets or fast rides next to snack outlets or, just like in real life, customers won't be able to keep their dinners down. Every little person entering the park has its own opinions, needs, desires and temperament. And keeping your customers happy must be the first priority.
